Someone's Using a Newer Than New iPhone
A new iPhone model identifier, iPhone 3,1, has been found in the analytics of iBART-- a transportation application for the Bay Area of San Francisco. Could this be a prelude to a new iPhone in the works for the summer of 2010? Maybe the iPhone 4G? Even though AT&T doesn’t have a 4G network that I know of. It may just be smoke and mirrors but MacRumors is quick to point out that the last time this happened, they ended up releasing the iPhone 3GS—which was detected as iPhone2,1. Maybe I’ll become more interested if it has a tactile keyboard and the ability to multi-task.
